Process Safety Information: Review
Accurate technical information is the bedrock of all process safety activities, particularly process hazards analysis, operating procedures, asset integrity and management of change. The information comes from many sources including equipment data sheets, P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, and safety data sheets.
The term that OSHA uses — Process Safety Information ― focuses on the information that is particularly relevant to process safety.
